Description
At the beginning of the 19th century, in the impoverished and underdeveloped Périgord region of France, a young boy named Jacquou lived with his parents, who were tenant farmers, on lands belonging to the Count of Nansac. Victims of the Count’s cruelty, his mother and father both lose their lives. Jacquou henceforth has only one wish: to take revenge on the Count and his family and finally see justice served.
