Description
Wandering is what the brain does all the time. We are governed by habits and instincts. And we do not even realize that we constantly exist on the border of the past and the future, when we should be present here and now. Live in the moment every moment. Why? To think freely and outside the box, to increase one’s self-worth and the value of other people, without resorting to evaluative judgments or stereotypes. Remain balanced in difficult circumstances. Do not ignore uncomfortable emotions and feelings. Help with stress, anxiety, panic attacks, physical pain, and addictions. The meditative practice of mindfulness restores the freedom to choose how to respond to whatever happens. This requires a little time, patience and self-confidence.
